CERAMIC INLAYS

Ceramic inlays are metal-free*restorations custom designed and fabricated to replace just the portion of a posterior tooth lost to decay or fracture. As the preferred alternative to amalgam (silver) or composite (bonded) fillings, ceramic inlays restore the decayed area while preserving and strengthening the natural tooth structure.  For a healthy and bright looking smile, old silver and bonded fillings can be removed and replaced with ceramic inlays since they are tooth colored, biocompatible, and durable.
